  • .4 mile hill 3:38
  • .5 mile recovery
  • 1.5 mile sprint at 6:48 pace
  • .5 mile recovery
  • 2 mile sprint at 7:02 pace
  • .5 mile recovery
  • .4 mile hill 3:58
  • .5 mile recovery 
  • 1.5 mile sprint at 7:00 min pace
  • .5 mile recovery
  • 2 mile sprint at 7.10 pace

and done! (thank goodness)
