I run 5 or 6 days a week, making sure to include hill, sprint, recovery and tempo workouts. I always do a long run on Sundays. I use my garmin watch to track my pace, mileage and time. I usually listen to music. I try to focus on how my body feels. I love most runs and use positive mental chatter when I'm struggling.
