Another Run Day:) June 4th

Went inside to the treadmill today:

9.4 miles in 80 minutes
Kept it interesting by doing some sprint work: 1/4 to 3/4 mile at 7:30 pace
Also added some strength work after; need a stronger core in order to get better!
3 sets of:
  • pushups
  • planks
  • leg lifts
  • heel touches
  • lower leg crossovers
I think that's it!
