2-a-days

There's a first for everything...

Wednesday, June 12th:

Just accomplished my first 2-a-day workout!

Workout 1
6am: Met our usual crew for the Wednesday am 8 miler

Workout 2
4pm: Met my hubby for an hour circuit traning at the gym

2 miles on treadmill - .75 at 8:30
                             .75 at 7:30
                             .25 at 8:15

3 sets of: 30 jumping lunges
              bench press

2 miles treadmill - .5 at 8:30
                        1 at 7:05
                        .5 at 8:30

3 sets of: shoulder press
              bicep curls
              jumping jacks

I think this could become part of my regular routine, although my legs might be screaming at me tomorrow.
