Today's Workout

It was an early start and I must admit I was a bit cranky, lol. I only had an hour so I tried to make the most of it. The great thing about running is that by the end of it I wasn't cranky!!

Hills and Sprints
1 mile warmup
Hill - 4 min 18 sec.
1 mile sprint: 7:25
Hill - 3 min 48 sec.
1 mile sprint - 7:07
.5 mile cool down
