T-36 Hours Until Big Day in Boston
I can't believe the marathon is just around the corner!
I fell off the blogging train but kept up with the road running and even managed to find a few trails along the way.
I encountered a few physical setbacks while training for Boston which tested my emotional and spiritual self. But no matter what I was going through I kept thinking about when I could put my runners back on and hit the pavement. Running is where I find peace and clarity. So thanks to this crazy sport I worked through those setbacks and feel stronger than ever. I encourage you to find that thing to help you navigate through life, or better yet, throw on a pair of runners and hit the road!
Good luck to all of those running Boston on Monday!!
